The responsibilities of the Senior Advisor include assessment of the Client's personal and professional goals and objectives. The Senior Advisor will review the options available and work to clarify the complex myriad of issues surrounding a potential merger, acquisition or out right sale of the business. The Senior Advisor gathers the requisite information and helps prepares the data for Business Analysis, Valuation Assessment and Client Marketing. During engagement execution the Senior Advisor is the key link between the Client and the Deal Team. The Senior Advisor keeps our clients informed, screens potential buyers, conducts meetings with qualified buyers, manages the “War Room”, and coordinates resources during Due Diligence Review and Transition Planning.

The Deal Team backs ups the Senior Advisor are critical stages during engagement execution. In particular, the Deal Team works closely with the Senior Advisor during initial development of the Buyer pool (including both Strategic and Financial targets.) Often it serves as a sounding board, providing guidance to the Senior Advisor during Confidential Buyer Contact and Professional Negotiations. It also draws upon its wealth of experience during Deal Structuring, Due Diligence Management and Purchase Agreement Support. A key responsibility of the Deal Team is to maintain our proprietary databases, and to periodically update contacts within the public companies, private equity groups and strategic buyers who are currently active in the mergers and acquisitions marketplace.
